Follow these steps to setup Google Voice account.
Once done, all your calls will be routed appropriately to your e-mail. All your messages will show up in your e-mail.
1) Disable Google Voice Incoming calls:
Once logged into your e-mail, open a new tab with the following address:
voice.google.com
Click gear at the top right of the page, click voice settings, and select the "Phones" tab.
De-Select Google Talk and your cell phone number.
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

In the "Calls" tab, select the checkbox next to "Do Not Disturb."
Click Save Changes.

Select the "Voicemail & SMS" tab.
In the Voicemail Greeting section, click the "Add" link.
Enter the name for the greeting you're going to record and click "OK."
A Record Greeting box appears.
Select the phone you want to call to record the greeting, from the Phone to ring drop-down menu.
Click Connect.
Pick up the call and record your voicemail greeting when prompted to do so.
Once you've recorded your voicemail greeting, make sure the voicemail greeting you want to play is selected from the Voicemail Greeting drop-down of the Voicemail & SMS tab of your Settings.
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
