Sending a fax with HelloFax

To send a fax on HelloFax, all you need is a scanned copy of the page(s) you wish to fax.

You then log in to your account on HelloFax:
https://www.hellofax.com

Use your LREI Google apps account, by clicking on the little Google login button below the blue "Log me in." 


Signing in will take you straight to the "Send a fax" page.

You can either drag and drop a file from your desktop to the "Drag files here..." area, or you can click the "Upload files" button to bring up folders from your computer.

You can also upload directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, or Evernote, by clicking on those icons beneath the "Drag files here..." box. 

Once your file has been uploaded and converted, you have the option to add information to the document like your signature, check marks, text, or the date. You can do so by clicking on the blue "Edit & Sign" link that appears next to the thumbnail of the document once it's converted.

Enter in the destination fax number or email address and click Send it now! (Or, enter in the destination fax number and add a cover page by clicking the "+ Cover page" that appears in light blue.)
