Sometimes it may be necessary to reboot your phone in order to resolve an issue you may be experiencing.
These are the instructions for the most common phone we have at the school.
Polycom SoundPoint 320/330 series
We've included the keypad shortcuts (in parantheses) that can get you to the proper menu item easily from your phone.
Press the Menu key on your phone.
Go to:
Settings (3 key)
and then
Advanced (2 key)
You will be prompted for the phones password. It is:
5793
Hit the Enter key
Now you are in the Advanced Menu
Select Reboot Phone (3 key)
You will be prompted to press the Yes key.
Your phone will now reboot
